1General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the Bet power platform and its users. "Bet power", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the betpower.click website and its associated mobile application.

"User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who uses, registers on, or accesses services through the bet power platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services on bet power:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Online gaming must be legal in your country of residence.

9Account Closure & Suspension

• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Account damage caused by malware or hacking on your device.
• Financial losses from betting — betting is a high-risk activity and the possibility of losing money always exists.

Bet power strives to maintain the highest standards of service, though unexpected technical issues may occasionally cause brief disruptions. When this happens, we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint with Bet power, please follow the process below:

• Contact our customer service team directly first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal complaint by email. You will receive a response within 7 business days of receipt.
• In the event of a betting dispute, our technical logs will serve as the definitive record.
